The British Union Conference (BUC) of Seventh-day Adventists is seeking a creative and driven Marketing Coordinator to champion our network of seven schools across England. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of Adventist education through strategic marketing, digital engagement, and brand development.

You’ll lead the creation and delivery of a national marketing strategy, manage digital content and campaigns, support alumni engagement, and oversee brand consistency across all schools. You’ll work closely with school leaders, external agencies, and the wider church community to enhance visibility and student recruitment.

This role is ideal for a marketing professional with a passion for education, strong communication skills, and a proactive mindset.

About You

We are looking for someone with:

  • At least degree level education preferably in Marketing.

  • Creative and strategic marketing experience including digital content campaign management, and stakeholder engagement.

  • ­Confident working independently, managing budgets, and delivering measurable results.

  • ­Experience in the education sector and alignment with the values of the Christian faith is desirable.

  • ­Proven ability to initiate and identify possible fundraising strategies.

 Key Details
  • Location: Remote with the requirement to attend the office in Watford, Herts for specific meetings.

  • Seniority Level: Mid-level (professional)

  • Employment Type: 12 months fixed-term

  • Hours: 22 hours per week – Part-time flexible working hours

  • Salary: £18,553 - £20,779- (including regional weighting where applicable) Actual pay will be based on skills & experience—contact us for more details.
